Summary

Sessions run on Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:00-7:00 pm. For intermediate to advanced players in middle school or high school (typically 13-18 years old) with 2+ years of Club experience with knowledge of intermediate to advanced terminology (like 6-2, base, free-ball, cover, etc.) mostly consistent skills (serve, pass, set, attack, etc.), and quick reflexes. This training will focus on advancing all skills for all positions requiring quick decisions and quick reflexes, so players can learn to better the ball, improve consistency and teamwork, and reduce unforced errors. Super-touch volleyballs will be used. Per AIA rules, if you are playing with your high school, you are unable to participate in club activities but are allowed to participate in one-on-one training. Please refer to Private Lessons if interested in that.

ATOMIC "Girls Intermediate Bombers - 2026 AUGUST" Registration!

For intermediate players with some competitive volleyball knowledge, abilities, and experience (played NYS, City League, Middle School, or Club), but not currently playing Club.  This is usually for 12-15 year olds possibly interested in preparing for their first or next Club season. Super-touch volleyballs will be used.

 

This training will focus on advancing all skills for all positions requiring quick decisions and quick reflexes, so players can learn to better the ball, improve consistency and teamwork, and reduce unforced errors. Every session builds on one another so attending the full session is encouraged!
