Sessions run on Tuesday & Thursday from 7:30-9:30 pm. For advanced players in middle school or high school (typically 13-18 years old) with 3+ years of Club experience with knowledge of intermediate to advanced terminology, consistent skills, and quick reflexes. Players are expected to be aggressive and go for every ball. This training will focus on advancing all skills for all positions requiring quick decisions and quick reflexes, so players can learn to better the ball, improve consistency and teamwork, and reduce unforced errors. Super-touch volleyballs will be used.

Description

Advanced Bombers Training

For advanced players in middle school or high school (typically 13-18 years old) with 3+ years of Club experience with knowledge of intermediate to advanced terminology, consistent skills, and quick reflexes.  Players are expected to be aggressive and go for every ball.

This training will focus on advancing all skills for all positions requiring quick decisions and quick reflexes, so players can learn to better the ball, improve consistency and teamwork, and reduce unforced errors.  Super-touch volleyballs will be used.

This is a great complement to Intermediate Bombers.  Start to feel like your excelling at Intermediate Bombers and need more challenges and touches, then asked the Head Coaches to be evaluated before coming to Advanced Bombers to take your learning to a whole new level.

Per AIA rules, if you are playing with your high school you are unable to participate in club activities, but are allowed to participate in one-on-one training.  Please refer to Private Lessons if interested in that.
